With mild temperatures in the forecast, it looks like a great weekend to head out to a winter carnival, or a play, or a workshop – there are lots of choices!
Here are 5 ideas for what to do this weekend from the
1. Kirkland’s Winter Carnival hosts a family bingo night on Friday and Family Day at Meades Park, with TONS of activities on Saturday.
2. You can also chill out at Pincourt’s Winterfest, with ice sculpting, dog sledding, skating and more at Olympic Park.
3. Laval’s Centropolis hosts two days of family fun at the skating rink, including a snow castle contest. Watch out for Montreal Canadien David Deharnais and a princess from Disney on Ice!
4. Robinson Crusoe, a pantomime for age 4 and up, is on in Beaconsfield.
5. Little ones can learn all about Ninjas and Samurais at the Redpath Museum’s Sunday discovery workshop.
