Schools out for Summer.....well almost! Not sure how you feel about it, but I am looking forward to a change in routine, more time with the family and hopefully some nice weather! We at Mummies List are keeping our fingers crossed that all of our activities planned in the Park will be sun filled and fun for the whole family. We have also added some new activities so check it out! For all our Father's out there.....we wish you a very Happy Father's Day!

Summer is just around the corner and we are very excited to offer all Mummies List members 3 exciting activities:

NEW - STROLLER AEROBICS in the Park!
Bring your babies and have fun while getting into shape this summer!
Classes will run for 8 weeks every Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am starting the beginning of July.
Where: Murray Hill Park (The clock tower on the soccer field, on Westmount Avenue). Rain or Shine!
Join your fellow moms for a great workout in the park with an awesome instructor.
Price: $75 for the 8-week session.

NEW - KARATE IN THE PARK (for kids ages 4-7 yrs):
Introduce your kids to the world of Karate with a professional instructor.
Join us at 4pm every Monday in Murray Hill Park (at the clock tower rain or shine) for an outdoor Karate class with friends.
Karate started today and "all the kids had a great time...we still have room for a few more, so sign up or just show up next week...".
Price: $70 per child for 8 weeks.
Classes start May 17th and run until July 5th incl.

BOOT CAMP We are very excited to be back outside!
Location: Murray Hill Park, at the clock tower, rain or shine.
Classes will begin June1st and go for 10 weeks. Two classes per week (Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:30am)
Price: $150 for all 20 sessions (2/week for 10 weeks).
So drop your kids off at school or camp and join other moms for a great workout with a HOT trainer. What a great way to get ready for bathing suit season!

MUSIC IN THE PARK is back!!!
We have 8 amazing classes scheduled each the week with some new musicians and some we all know and love. Remember, you can go to any and all classes with your kids.
Price: $100 per family (not per child) for the summer.
Classes run for 10 weeks starting June 21st - August 27th.

ACTIVITIES
 Our awesome summer camps are for children between the ages of 3 and 12. Camps will run from June 21st until August 30th. Flexible half days or full days. $25 ( TAX INCLUDED ) for members per half day - 10% Mummy Card Savings 10% or 30$ ( TAX INCLUDED ) for non-members 10% Savings with your Mummy Card. Summer classes begin June 21st for 10 weeks, until August 30th. For the ages of 4 months until 6 years old. Classes cost $190 plus tax for th 10 classes ( flexible for vacation schedules ) -10% for mommies card holders. Membership of $25 for the year.

Infant-Child CPR Class
The CPR Instructor’s Network (www.CPRNETWORK.ca) will be holding an Infant-Child CPR class in the West Island on Sunday July 25th. Ideal for parents, grandparents, babysitters and child care workers, this one session course focuses on pediatric emergencies and their prevention. How to handle choking emergencies plus the CPR skills for infants and children are taught. This course offers CPR level A certification. Time: 1 session of about 3 hours.
Location: 11800 de Salaberry (inside Supermarche IGA), DDO (corner Lake)
Date: Sunday July 25, 2010
Start time: 9 am, finish around 12 noon
Cost: $35 per person (includes handout material, mannequin practice and certification)
